An EMI (equated) based term loan for SME entrepreneurs to buy new or old house/flat/ space, to construct/extend of house/apartment/space and to renovate/alteration of existing house/fIat/space for commercial purpose.
Purpose:
- To buy new or old house/flat/ space,
- To construct/extend of house/apartment/space and
- To renovate/alteration of existing house/ flat /space for commercial purpose
Features:
- Minimum BDT. 5.00 lac to Maximum BDT 500.00 lac or LTV ratio 70:30 or industry ceiling.
- Tenor from 01 year to maximum 10 years.
- o business experience is required. Business trade license is required.
Eligibility:
- SME Entrepreneurs age limit: 21 years to maximum 70 years
- Business trade license is mandatory.
- Acceptable up to date CIB report
- Business is required to generate sufficient cash flow and profit to ensure timely repayment of loan.
- Minimum monthly income requirement BDT. 40,000.00.
- All required approvals and permissions for this type of facility must be submitted.
